Meet Natalie
Therapist & Functional Medicine Coach
Natalie Smith is an Iowa Native, raised in Carlisle, IA. She graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Human Physiology and is a Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach through the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy.
In order to best support our patients, Natalie has completed additional training to become a Certified Chiropractic Assistant (CA.) Along with this, she has over 100 hours of continuing education in primitive reflex and functional neurology training. She is committed to continuing to gain more knowledge in functional neurology and functional medicine in order to provide the best possible care for our patients and their families.
As a Health Coach, Natalie is excited to share her knowledge and passion for health, wellness, and sustainable, healthy habits with our patients here at Infinity! She is available for Infinity patients/parents that are looking for clarity, guidance, and support regarding recommendations made from lab testing. If you’re not sure where to start/what to prioritize first or even if you’re just looking for healthy food alternatives, she’s happy to help give you resources/new ideas and make sure you’re clear on the best next action step to keep moving forward!
Outside of work, Natalie loves jamming out to all kinds of music, spending time outside (especially to play volleyball,) and spending time with her boyfriend, two cats, and her family who all thankfully still live in Central Iowa!
